# Transferir titularidade

> Documentação sobre o funcionamento da tela de transferir titularidade.

## Contexto

Na agência virtual da Sabesp, a transferência de titularidade é a funcionalidade que permite alterar o responsável pelo contrato de fornecimento de água e esgoto de um imóvel.

Esse processo é utilizado em situações como mudança de proprietário, locação ou troca de responsável pelo imóvel. O objetivo é garantir que as obrigações e cobranças passem a estar vinculadas ao novo titular, mantendo a regularidade cadastral e a continuidade do serviço.

## Como utilizar

Ao selecionar a opção de transferência de titularidade, irá aparecer alguns avisos na tela:

Cofirmando a decisão, será necessário inserir o número do fornecimento que deseja transferir:

Se fornecimento for encontrado, pertencer ao CPF, sem débitos, ativo e sem processos concorrentes, será solicitada a confirmação do fornecimento:

Após isso, será necessário inserir os dados do novo titular:

Feito isso, será feita a confirmação por biometria:

E será solicitado o novo endereço para as correspondências:

E o dia de vencimento da fatura:

Preenchido tudo isso, será necessário fazer a confirmação da solicitação e você verá um resumo da mesma:
